Abbiamo testato i 14 giorni in free trial, all'installazione senza creare regole o settare nulla, ha modificato prezzi e giacenze nell'account amazon bloccando lo stesso e generando gravi problematiche, oltre a questo a richiesta di assistenza urgente sono passati 10 giorni e nessuno ha risposto a nulla, segnaleremo direttamente la app a shopify in quanto effettuati screen di tutte le conversazioni e degli errori che hanno generato senza intervenire e rimborsare i danni causati. Ovviamente è una azienda dall'altra parte del mondo e per 4000€ di danno il costo legale sarebbe maggiore ma stiamo capendo se vale la pena e addebitabili i costi internazionali del legale. App pessima e pessima assistenza.

Look elsewhere if you want an app you can rely on. We've seen signs of increased unreliability with strange behaviour and technical glitches for some time now. On Tuesday all order imports from and tracking updates pushed to Amazon failed completely, and the app interface would not load at all. We've not been able to get any meaningful response from customer service, and eventually had to help ourselves through reinstalling the app... which lost all settings and required us to set everything back up again from scratch. After this, however, the automatic order sync is still not working... and we have to manually check for new orders and trigger the imports. The complete lack of service/assistance during such a critical incident is simply unacceptable.

Could not get it to work with amazon because I am not a brand owner. It should work out of the box and it didnt, more down to Amazons complicated restrictions, which I have informed Amazon about. I am sure the app would work fine if the restrictions were not so complicated. Amazon do not accept Printify. It is treated as a brand. So any product that is sent to amazon has to be approved and I was declined. I was asked to provide pictures of each item. So you have to sign up for the Amazon Brand registry and register a trademark.

CS Amazon Sync has excellent customer service. I had an issue with my Amazon quantity sync, and their support team helped me quickly and professionally. They understood the problem, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was working properly. The app is very useful for managing Shopify and Amazon inventory, and their support gives extra confidence. Highly recommended for sellers who need reliable Amazon sync service.

Reportei um erro anteriormente e foi-me indicado pela vossa equipa que o problema iria ser resolvido. No entanto, cerca de uma hora depois desse contacto, o meu acesso ao suporte e ao dashboard da aplicação foi bloqueado sem qualquer explicação. Neste momento: * não tenho acesso ao dashboard da app; * não consigo contactar o suporte através dos canais habituais; * não tenho visibilidade sobre o estado da integração com a Amazon. Esta situação é extremamente preocupante, especialmente porque ocorreu após eu ter reportado um problema. Solicito, com urgência: * esclarecimento sobre o motivo do bloqueio; * restabelecimento imediato do acesso à aplicação; * confirmação se existe algum problema ou restrição associada à minha conta. A minha operação está a ser diretamente afetada, pelo que agradeço uma resolução rápida.

It's a good app that syncs Amazon orders with Shopify for me. Good support that helps me when I have an issue.

Have gone through rough patches lately with support and product function, but after some debugging it appears to be running as intended. Am told this was due to all the changes that Amazon implemented in such a short period. Will review over the coming weeks and revise if necessary.
