Five stars for the support team alone. I hit a connection error trying to link my Etsy shop during my trial, the kind of thing that usually turns into a week of copy-paste support replies. Not here. Rachel (one of their real, not AI agents) took point as they worked the problem across multiple days and multiple shifts, and every handoff was clean. Each new agent already knew the full history, so I never had to re-explain anything. They escalated it without me asking, kept me posted while they dug in (it turned out to be a bug on Etsy's side, not something they even caused), and followed up until we confirmed both of my stores were connected and working. Rachel even walked me through getting my first import from the Etsy side linked up to make sure there were no issues after the connect was fixed. I'm still early with the tool itself, but support is what I actually judge software on, because everything breaks eventually. These folks show up when it does.

This is a fantastic platform and the customer service available is top notch. If they don't have an answer they quickly escalate it to someone who can help and will do whatever it takes to get it resolved. Great app and great customer support. It helped me to save my store by having all of my listings stored in the app, while shopify settings ruined it ( deleted all of my products). thank you so much! and of course great app to sync with eBay!

Cannot get to work with eBay or Amazon. Works fine with Reverb. Ebay Support say its LitCommerce and they are not supported. Lit commerce support is away for a few days and can't help. All its default postage options for eBay are in Canadian which cannot be changed, which is eBay errors. No products can sync.

We are still within the 7-day free trial period and are currently in the process of setting everything up, but so far our experience has been excellent. There have been a few hiccups along the way, mainly due to the complexity of our catalog, but every member of the LitCommerce support team who has helped us over the last several days has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We are connecting our Shopify store with Walmart, eBay, and Amazon. Because our Amazon catalog contains a large number of complex parent-child variation listings, the LitCommerce team has even submitted a special configuration request to accommodate our setup. We really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to help make everything work correctly. While we're still in the setup phase, everything has been 5-star so far. The customer service has been outstanding, and every representative we've worked with has been professional, patient, and eager to help. We look forward to continuing to use the platform as we complete our integrations.

I have only been using this Litcommerce for a week, but as a novice with technical products, with the help of Ai, I quite easily managed to sync my eBay store and then import my listings into my website. Needed some assistance today, but that was only due to the fact that we changed our eBay username and it caused a syncing issue. Jack from support had us fixed within 30 minutes. Highly recommence this product, its everything as advertised.
