It does not work for targeting like it says it does, and it does not work for being able to run in specific categories. I've tried to contact customer support several times, they just blame me and say that I'm not using it correctly or don't know how to use it.

The app was extremely easy to use and was exactly what I was looking for! Small bug (no big deal to me, but others might care): When making color changes on a pop-up, I had to "hide" and "unhide" to update the preview 8/10 times.
