Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Apliiq. There embroidery is amazing. When the products are in stock, the quality and service have been great. We recently had a few items that weren’t made correctly, but David went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. The only challenge we’ve experienced has been occasional inventory shortages, but whenever we’ve needed assistance, the customer service team has been responsive and willing to help. We appreciate David’s support and look forward to continuing to work with Apliiq as our brand grows.

The customer service is great but their designers not so much I was told my design was too complicated to do or did'nt meet their standards which is odd because I've had this same design printed on printful with no issue

I used Printify and Apliiq at the same time starting about a year ago because I needed a shirt style that only Apliiq had. Over multiple orders from both sites, we noticed that the Apliiq shirts came out with much better quality and ultimately switched all our designs over to them. Overall their work is fantastic, and especially ordering bulk shirts for in-person sales you can tell they put care into the packaging and ordering, as opposed to Printify who would just throw stuff into boxes at random. Our only cons: They don't have much small item stuff to help fill a cart like mugs, appropriately priced coozies, or others; their primary focus is clothing. We had an issue with a shirt printing about a year ago and the customer service didn't exactly handle the situation seriously, but since that time we have had probably 10 interactions and were impressed every time and the issue was rectified. The shirt creation process is a little less fluid than Printify, but they have made huge strides in the last year technologically that is helping ease the process. And again, their printing - because that is what truly matters - is fantastic.

We've had a great experience with Apliiq. What stands out the most is that there is always a real human behind the support, which is so rare nowadays. Pete has always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented whenever we've needed support. You can even pick up the phone and call him :) and for me, that level of service and accessibility makes a huge difference. Running a brand comes with a lot of moving pieces, and having a partner who genuinely cares and responds quickly gives real peace of mind. Highly recommend for merchants looking not only for quality production, but also great human support.
