To the Management of Arisify Global, Today, your support team caused one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. I have been communicating with your team since early this morning. For hours, I was repeatedly told, “Please wait a few more minutes.” That same sentence was repeated over and over while nothing meaningful was done to resolve the issue. I repeatedly explained the solution. I asked your team to simply increase my upload limit so I could restore my own store and solve the problem myself. Instead of listening, they ignored my requests and kept delaying me. As a direct result of your team’s actions, my Shopify store became unavailable to customers. My business was effectively shut down, my staff were unable to work properly, and my company suffered an estimated $10,000 USD in lost revenue in a single day. I currently live in Hanoi, Vietnam, and I spent my entire day trying to get your team to understand a very simple request. Instead of receiving competent technical assistance, I was met with endless delays, scripted replies, and false assurances that “someone is working on it.” This was not just poor customer support—it demonstrated a complete lack of urgency, professionalism, and accountability. Your team’s inability to resolve a straightforward issue caused serious financial damage to my company. I will be documenting this entire incident, including chat transcripts and timelines, and sharing it with Shopify, the Shopify App Review team, and other public platforms so that merchants can understand the risks of relying on your application. No merchant should ever experience what I experienced today. I expect this matter to be escalated to senior management immediately and for someone with real decision-making authority to contact me without further delay.

This is a great app if you need to add lots of options to your products, and want them to look appealing. I have used them for colour swatches and charm options which show up really well. Their customer service is superb too. I recently had a little glitch on my website with the app so I messaged their customer support and Anne from the Aris team responded immediately and within 1/2 an hour it was fixed by the development team. I would highly recommend this app.

Does not work properly with POS. Documentation for POS is also outdated.

I've been using this app for quite some time. It is a very powerful customization tool. I received help from Sam and dev Jayden for some custom build stuff and they were very supportive.

The Avis app makes it very easy to configure a “custom order” page, and it’s great value for the price. I had a small issue where the images were displaying as black, but special thanks to Claire and Aylin for quickly identifying the problem and showing me how to fix it for the future. Highly recommend

I start using AVIS 4 years ago - I was inspired about their customer Service - Best in the Industry. Software is Forward Thinking. Claire and dev. Jayden was both patient, and well attending to my needs. (Their Rate is Very Low about $10 usd) but GOOD SUPPORT TEAM IS PRICELESS
