Was easy to add to Shopify, and the process flows smoothly. Art of Where has taken a huge responsibility off my plate and I'm grateful to continue being a customer.

I've received several legging samples and a skater dress sample from AOW and love both the fabric and print quality. I look forward to creating more products in the near future. As for customer service, I had a great experience when requesting the recovery of some original design file uploads that I lost on my end. I did not save them in the image library so I sent an email requesting if they could be sent to me. Paige responded within 24 hrs and sent me a WeTransfer link with all the original design files that I had requested the very next day. Thank you Paige! That saved me many hours of work. Greatly appreciated!

***Danger - Use at your own risk.*** This app cost me everything! It accesses and shows products from other Shopify applications unrelated to AOW. DO NOT remove them from this AOW app or it also deletes other applications merchandise from your Shopify store. I don’t know why they need to see or access my other app products, but they area all gone now. I lost 1 years work. A years/5k+ in adverting investment. 350+ products gone form my store. Each was my own print on demand design with specifically written SEO optimized descriptions, extra mockups created 1 at a time. All is gone. I put all I had into this shop for a year. I am an older lady and this was my only income. It’s all gone. To be clear, Shopify Tech ran a test with their own mock store and got the same tragic result. This is on AOW! Cool products and eco attitude, but absolutely not worth it. Again, use at your own peril.

Great App and great Products. Solid Canadian Company

Looks like they offer good products but Ives spent a few hours trying to create products and end up loosing all the work I do. Consistently resets and have to start over, reloading all the images, resets to the beginning. Super frustrating

I have been using Art of Where since 2016 and their products and services are outstanding. They take up to 10 working days to create some products but as long as you state it in your store, customers won't have a problem waiting, because when they receive a durable product, with good quality fabric and stitching and saturated print (that never fades), they will only have good things to say about your company. They make everything in Canada so they are completely sweatshop free! Their customer service is great! They are always very helpful and understanding. I've tried sooo many print on demand companies and I couldn't recommend Art Of Where enough, they have NEVER failed me or my customers.
