A special mention goes to the support team. They are extremely responsive and genuinely willing to understand how our store and promotional strategy work. Whenever we’ve needed something more specific, they’ve helped us find a solution, customize the setup and optimize the functionality around our actual needs. We really appreciate that they don’t just provide technical support — they listen to merchant feedback and use real use cases to continuously improve the app. Great product, great team and highly recommended for stores running serious GWP strategies.

AutoCart has dramatically simplified how we run promotions. What used to take fiddling now just works, and it has made our auto-add-to-cart offers effortless to set up. On top of that, the team has been excellent to work with. We had an odd setup that needed some custom code tweaks, and they jumped in without hesitation to make it work for us. Highly recommend.

Incredible support, great thinking and technical knowledge above and beyond. We had an ongoing issue that we had hit a wall with around our gifts with purchase behaviour in our cart and checkout execution. Autocart solved the issue. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!
