STOQ is very simple to use, yet quite powerful in function. We had a couple minor display adjustments that we needed fixed and Arnab helped me out and had the adjustments in place within just a few minutes. Very happy with my decision to use STOQ for Pre-Orders and Back In Stock notifications.

Just what we needed. A simple re-stock notification app. We only have their free plan active and only utilise the re-stock option - and that works just fine for us. There are far more options available if you're wanting them like the pre-sale options, etc. But I liked how you can pick and choose just what you need for your business from this app and make it work for you. There has only been one small issue with the app being able to pick up stock within the Shopify Bundles products. I haven't yet reached out to the team about this. But its not a massive deal breaker at the moment.

Not only is the software highly effective, but their tech support is brilliant. The app can offer pre-orders in multi-markets. Notifyme also works well. Integration via Klaviyo is slightly a challenge and you can only customize the Klaviyo emails using HTML. But overall, good app for our needs. Customer support is also knowledgeable and able to fulfill our help requests.

Stoq has been absolutely fantastic for managing our inventory. We have a lot of made-to-order products, so it's been invaluable in setting clear expectations with our customers that some items won't ship immediately. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to set up - I had everything configured and running within an hour. It's made managing our stock much smoother and has taken a lot of the guesswork out of communicating availability to our customers.

This is a great app with all the functionality we need. It's made a massive difference to our bottom line to be able to take orders for a hero product which is out of stock. It was very easy to set up, and both the pre-order and back in stock notifications work really well.
