It is the first app to use for the purpose of preorder and whitelists, and I am overwhelmed by their great service. first, they have a package for small business that didn't pass 1-year on Shopify Second, once I requested check for eligibility of the small business package, I was welcomed and served by representative called Nilou which offered all the things that can make my website better before I am thinking of anything, everything was set up for me and adjusted to suit my website great job guys!

Very easy to use, and support has been quick and helpful. Wish that it had support for Shopify Bundles, but very good so far!

Such a great app! Nilou was a huge help from start to finish. She responded super quickly and was really friendly throughout the whole conversation, which made the process easy and stress-free. We needed a few adjustments made, and she walked us through everything clearly and got it all sorted without any hassle. The support was genuinely top notch — responsive, patient, and focused on actually solving our problem rather than giving canned answers. We're currently using the restock notifications, wishlist, and low stock alert features. We will likely use the preorder feature in the future as well. We had a pile of customizations to do (mainly button placement issues) and Nilou not only got all of them done for us, but also provided a few other design suggestions around their product that were objectively the correct call, and then also got those done for us. They were of MASSIVE help - full marks to everybody on their support team that I've talked with so far. We're still in the early days of using Notify!, but at this stage I have literally zero regrets in picking this app.

Miles was extremely helpful with our issue integrating Notify Me with Bundler. He gave a detailed explanation and provided several options for fixing the issue. He helped me find a Notify Me setting that would allow us to display the waitlist option on our product variants while integrating with the Bundler app.

Notify Me! is the best app after I have tried a handful of the others, quick setup, everything is simple and customizable, reasonable plan and charging model, and can't miss mentioning the excellent 5-star services provided by Nilou, she is awesome- friendly and helpful ^o^! I am happy my AI assistant recommended this app to me haha

This app has made it so easy to add much needed features that benefit us and our customers. App customization on the seller side is a little difficult, but with a dedicated team to help code and customize to what we wanted made everything so easy. We had Miles help us make our customizations, and he did an awesome job! Recently started using this app, so only time will tell how functionable it will be for us, but the features are nice to have.
