I have been getting HAMMERED by bots using my checkout to test credit cards. This has been causing fraudulent profiles in my Klaviyo account and each one costs me money - I've had thousands created! I installed Blockify but had trouble getting started with it. I pinged chat support and - Anna to the rescue! She determine the best option for my situation based on data from my store. We installed the checkout customizer and Anna created a rule for me that makes total sense. We'll check in on this in a couple of days. I'm optimistic that this will stop the fraudulent profile madness. Fantastic customer support provided by Anna!

This app was easy to install and I was able to quickly get my questions asnwered. We just started using it, but so far it has been succesful in blocking orders from a chronically fraudulent "customer". Customer service was quick and helpful.

After getting Blockify fraud filters set up and figuring out what problems there were with my store that were making it easier for fraudulent orders to be placed, Esther in the support was very helpful in explaining how the Checkout Customizer could add another layer of protection to my store. This app has saved the day! I have a customer who placed 13 orders, received merchandise and then filed chargebacks for all. She's stolen over $3600 from me in 4 days. This app has allowed me to block her from placing future orders. The tech on the chat was so helpful in installing and setting up! Lynn saved the day and my wallet!

This app does exactly what it says. The customer service is also very helpful. We have had a few issues with spam orders coming through and while we did not get the answer we hoped for at first, they followed up with a different solution to help. I would definitely recommend this app!

Just because a country can't access your main site (because you blocked the country), doesn't mean they can't find your checkout page directly. Anna, from Blockify help showed me this, and she helped walk me through setup. I greatly appreciate straightforward communication and help - sometimes it feels like a thing of the past (seriously have you ever asked Meta for help????). Blockify provided that today, and I'm truly grateful.
