I bought this app for one thing and one thing only but couldn't get it to work in the way I expected. I reached out to them and Raymar patiently walked me through what the problem was (on my end) and how to fix it. I was very appreciative of the super fast responsiveness and now I can sleep better tonight. I highly recommend this app. Even though I bought it for one thing only, there are so many other features that I'm noticing and starting to use, as well. This solves one of the biggest problems I've had since starting my Shopify store two years ago. :) Thank you.

Such an amazing app that sets rules at the checkout page for you. I use this app to set payment methods in different regions and minimum amount to order for some regions with error texts! Even in basic plan!

I downloaded the app this evening to help me manage shipping restrictions for a particular product collection between Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Reymar helped me chat through different ways to manage my issue and built a rule for me. So helpful and the app is now managing something that was really challenging for me. I'd love it if in future developments the app could merge in the specific product name but this is a great solution for now and your team are super helpful.

I had a super complicated task of having my wholesale customers see shipping rates and my DTC customers see complimentary shipping. Shopify natively was not able to do it without a Shopify Plus plan. I found this app through Claude. They had one-to-one human support that solved my problem really quickly. They walked me through what I needed to do on my side step-by-step and took care of the rest. Wish I knew about them sooner! Thank you!

App is simple to use, but when I needed help setting up a PO Box validation at checkout their support was quick and helped set it up exactly how we wanted it with the validation message displayed right under the address field.

Reymar was excellent with the support he provided, i truly recommend using the agents to set up the checkout rules as I set it up incorrectly missing out on many checkouts, was quickly resolved by Reymar who fixed up the set up instantly. Customers are now checking out as normal with rules applied that I needed. Thanks Reymar, truly staying with this app because of this 1 support agent!

As advertised! Very straightforward and easy to use, although I did misunderstand one aspect, and support responded immediately (I needed to use the shipping service name rather than the carrier name). Highly recommended if you need to create checkout rules (like we did to hide a carrier when an order is above a certain value or weight).

Excellent app and exactly what we needed! We were looking for a simple way to enable Cash on Delivery only for selected countries in Shopify, and SMART Checkout Rules solved it perfectly. The setup was very easy, the interface is user-friendly, and the rules work exactly as expected. We especially liked that we could hide COD for certain countries without needing Shopify Plus or complicated coding. Highly recommended for Shopify stores that need flexible checkout and payment method rules. Huge plus that the app is free!
