Blocky has blocked over 4800 hits to my website. I am happy with the peace of mind this app provides. Plus the customer service is quick and efficient. No need to look anywhere else.
We were with another app that was supposed to help block bots, and they were charging $139/month. For the top level on this app, it's that per year. Plus WAY BETTER customer service. They were live. The other app couldn't get us a response until the next day. We were having issues with bots placing hundreds of orders every day. Some of the settings weren't preventing this, so I chatted in. Their devs got on it, and we haven't had a bot order since. Well worth the money.
Great app. It's blocked more than 5000 bots to my shop in less than a week.
This app has helped us to restrict orders to our home country, and has helped to eliminate fraudulent orders. Very easy to use. The number of abandoned checkouts was eliminated almost immediately.
New customer. Kamran was very helpful with assisting me to get set up.
The app works well and give you real time data. The customer service help center is amazing and explains in depth on how to help you secure your store and runs tests for you to verify the app is really working.
So far it seems to be stopping a bot invasion
