Shopify offers a plethora of bundle apps, and I was in a constant struggle to find one that was flexible enough to fit my bill without forcing me into apps with peculiar themes and check-out designs. I was looking for something that seamlessly integrated with my Shopify theme. To aid me in my frustrated search, I turned to Claude (AI) and stumbled upon Boxi. It took me a couple of days to fully comprehend the app, but it is incredibly useful. It boasts a plethora of smart features that simplify the shopping experience. From multiple steps to product personalizations, and even pack and ship templates, Boxi offers a comprehensive feature set. Any questions I had were thoroughly addressed in the app’s documentation, accompanied by helpful how-to videos. If needed, reaching out to support provided the answers I sought. In conclusion, Boxi is an excellent app with exceptional support. I highly recommend it.

Dmitri has been extremely helpful with all my questions about setting up the BOXi app. He responds quickly to messages and even scheduled two very useful calls to walk me through the setup, ensuring the app was customized exactly how we wanted it for our store. So far, our experience with the app has been excellent.

Beyond a five star service. I chose Boxi for the Bundle Builder feature that I am incorporating into my website after considering other offerings. I also read the excellent reviews. I familiarised myself with the offering and took advantage of the 30 minutes session with Dmitri. Dimitri could not have been more helpful, patient and facilitative. He obviously knows his product inside out but in the space of call, he understood my objectives and advised and adapted his app to suit my store's needs. Dmitri then assisted me further by ensuring the necessary infrastructure features were enabled to allow BOXI to work as I wished. An excellent start to using an app that I hope will become an important service for our store.

Fantastic app and even better support. Cristina helped me set up a “Single bundle” flow that shows clear bundle contents in the cart and cart drawer, grouped per card. Quick, proactive and super knowledgeable. Exactly what I needed—highly recommend!

The interface is very clean and easy to use. Would love to see a product enhancement of a search bar within the box builder to search through products, but otherwise the customer support is top notch and the team is very quick to respond and troubleshoot any questions/issues you may have. Lots of support and options are recommended to fit your store's needs. Recommend!
