Could not be happier with this app and their customer service! Gourav was amazing and knew exactly what needed to be done. I have gone thru several similar app (some paid!) and they do not compare. Pumper Bundles can do 'per pair logic' that most of the other apps can't do. Very happy and highly recommend!!

Great all-in-one app! I like what I’ve seen so far from Pumper Bundles. It’s nice to have a slide cart, bundle deals, and BOGO offers all in one Shopify app. I haven't had time to investigate the free gift/shipping offers. My only concern is that the BOGO and bundle offers do not currently appear in the slide cart. If that gets added in a future enhancement, it would make the app even better.

I've recently configured this app for my store, and so far the experience has been very positive. The setup process was straightforward, the interface is easy to navigate, and the support team has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout the configuration process. A special thanks to Shruti for her prompt support and guidance while I was setting everything up. I haven't fully tested the customer experience yet—especially for international customers using Shopify Markets—but everything looks promising so far. The only downside I've noticed is that once your store exceeds $300 in revenue generated through the app, you're required to move to a paid plan, which is something smaller businesses should keep in mind. Overall, it's been a smooth experience, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs after launch.

I wanted to create quantity discounts for multiple of a single product, which bizarrely Shopify doesn't support natively. This app made it simple with a lot of customizations all in the free tier. I wanted a customization outside the standard and in the chat, Najmus Saqib offered to make it happen for me from their end and it worked. With almost no effort to me other than chatting. This is really all I need to do and it was a pretty amazing experience, personal touch, even on the free tier.

The agent Gourav was very helpful in helping me set up my "mix & match" bundle. It displays well and didn't take long to fix, however I am unable to publish at the moment, due to a default issue with Pumper. The bundle is adding 2 units with 15% off, but also adding the single product. This will be confusing a frustrating for the customer, so I am wary of publishing this until this can be fixed. Thank you for your help Gourav, and I hope this issue can be resolved very soon.
