Shopacado is a great app and easy to use. I'm not overly techie and I was able to set up our Shopify discounts by just working through Shopacados options. Very clearly explained and easy to follow. Additionally, when I had a question there is a lot of online support to help...and...Customer Service responded very quickly to help with my question. Don't overlook this great piece of software if you need any type of discount or tiered pricing.

We’ve been using this app for around a year now, and it’s worked exactly as it’s supposed to and when we’ve reached out to support they’ve been very helpful in walking us through the steps to update our app. Would recommend if you’re looking for an easy way to implement more advanced discounting than Shopify offers natively

App worked great until a short while ago when they did an update. Ive been in a support chat with someone since March 28, it is now April 12 and I have no help. They keep saying, we have forwarded this to our team. Update... It's now April 25th. Nothing from the team (3 separate chats open with 3 people).. a whole month later. App deleted. Terrible customer support. Added another app and in 5 minutes it worked perfectly out of the box.

App is really easy to use and set up. Had a store upgrade and app hadnt synched with new theme. Support was on the case within minutes and didnt leave until every last query was resolved. Syed really took his time to make sure we dotted every eye and crossed every T before signing off and having us back up and running ready to launch our Xmas Discounts! Definitely recommend!
