Buddify has been great for me. I am a solo owner, and it is nice to know I have some help on my side. I am able to get some sales I might not have been able to have been able to have otherwise gotten. Buddify is helping to grow my business, and I am very grateful for their help.

The app started working while it was being customized! AI provides shoppers an Agent customized to my products and store. Catalog expansion is next to implement. And the support is excellent and very prompt. There is so much to Buddify and Buddify AI to use to increase my store visibility and sales.

This app is actually working and has generated real transactions for our business. I like that it's commission-based, so you only pay when it delivers results. It's also very easy to set up and use. One thing that surprised me was that when I paused the app, several customers reached out asking where the product recommendation and discount feature had gone. They had become accustomed to using it to learn about products and find offers. That alone showed me how valuable and helpful the app is for both customers and our business.

This app has been an absolute bust for us. We've not had one order through their system, total waste of money and time. i've had much more success through Shopify Collective.

Buddify makes it easy to partner and host products with other businesses making it easy to collaborate with others! We found it easy to share product listings, inventory counts, pricing, and shipping policies with others. We haven't had any technical difficulties or need to contact support at this time.

Buddify has made growing my business a no brainer. Their systems are so easy to use which I think encourages more companies to register with them so us small shops can work together and grow together. The syncing, cataloging, check out processes are all so streamlined, it is unlike any other product sourcing ap I have seen. Highly recommend, thanks for all you are doing for us Buddify!
