One day we saw our app just stopped working (cart estimates). I reached out and the developer responded with a detailed issue with Shopify's API and they recommended I take it up with Shopify to encourage them to escalate their API update. I did that and the next day Shopify fixed their API endpoints which allowed the app to work again. A bit of an inconvenience but proactive support helped us work together to get it up again.

I tried this app after I had problems with a competitor's app geographically locating our customers by ip address and assigning an approximate postal code which would auto-fill the same incorrect postal code in the shipping form at checkout. This lead to problems with many misdirected parcels. This app gives the store owner the option to not geographically locate the customer and have the customer manually enter their province and postal code to get shipping rates in the cart. No more incorrect postal codes! In addition, this app gives the store owner many more options to customize the overall appearance in the cart. Best of all, it offers more than the competitor's app for less money!

Thanks to this app, we can (finally!) apply the correct shipping charges for combined orders of our chocolate (chilled) and ice cream (frozen), which are always shipped separately. The support has been awesome, even over the Christmas/New Year period - thank you, Jade! We realise that we're only just scratching the surface of what this app can do, and look forward to digging into more of the features to give the customer even more value. Highly recommended!

The app has a great impact on customer's shopping experience! They can see their shipping costs right away without checking out, even at the product page! Less page navigation makes the customers less frustrated and this gravitates them to browse and shop more with ease, hence more sales. The customization page makes the setup really easy, no need to know html or css coding, it's all done within their page. Finally, Vlad was outstanding in addressing our additional requests and questions regarding integrations with third-party shipping apps. He found effective solutions to our problems and provided excellent customer service, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout. Extremely happy overall!

This is an amazing, app the way the editor is built, it allows you to apply the shipping rate calculator to any cart. Even works with slide out carts and can have it inbuilt into the slide cart.

So far, so awesome! I originally reached out after seeing their app on YouTube and installing it. The install kept crashing so I left a comment on their video and they responded really fast, got access to my account and helped get the app installed. A couple of bugs needed to be worked out at first but customer service was awesome, super quick and had everything working perfectly in no time. They also responded to all my questions right away. Thank you for your help everyone at Shop Doctors, including Toby and Yavor! I now have a very cool up-front shipping rate displayed to my customers before they have to jump through hoops and submit their personal info. I expect this to increase my conversions by providing transparency and clarity that the shipping costs are reasonable.... AND, I expect more customers to consider adding more items to qualify for our free shipping as well! I didn't get paid or receive any compensation for this review.. just a great app at a great price. Hoping it will continue being this way.
