We've been using Cartly for a while now and I'm very pleased with it. There's a lot you can customise, it's easy to work with, and being able to add your own CSS means we've been able to get the cart drawer looking and working exactly how we want it on our website. There are some really useful features outside the cart drawer too. I particularly like the scrolling Add to Cart button on product pages and the scrolling Checkout button elsewhere on the website. They're simple features, but they make it much easier for customers to move through the website without having to scroll back to find the next action. The cart drawer itself works very well for us. It's clear, gives customers easy options to continue shopping, view and edit their basket or go straight to checkout, and it successfully pulls in the recommended products we've already set up through Shopify Search & Discovery. We've needed some help from the Cartly team with compatibility issues along the way and they've been very helpful, including making changes where necessary to get things working properly with our website. Overall, it's a very useful and flexible app, easy to customise and backed up by a helpful support team. Very happy with it.

Been running this app for a while now and it just quietly does its job. Setup was straightforward, it hasn't caused any theme or checkout issues, and it's added genuinely meaningful revenue with zero ongoing effort from me — the numbers speak for themselves in the dashboard. As a one-person operation, "works well and never needs my attention" is the highest praise I can give an app. Recommended.

After some research the most straight-forward app with good design and customisation options. Unfortunately it messed with my cart and the whole site. Articles that were added / deleted didn't update, the entire page was slow and link reactions didn't work properly. When closing the slide cart underneath the so-far (theme) cart became visible. Customers were writing they almost hadn't purchased because the cart wasn't working correctly. So I had to delete it instantly. I wrote a message to the support team and if you manage to fix this I'd be happy to come back.

Zia was incredibly helpful and clear in his guidance. I had a fairly specific question about automatically adding items to cart, and he broke down the different options in a way that was easy to understand and actionable. I appreciated how he explained Product Add-ons, Upsell Rules, and Custom Rewards without overcomplicating it.

App works very well, it has bunch of features other apps do not have. Maryna from their support is super helpful! 10/10 App!

Simple to use app with great functionality. I had a slight issue with some formatting, but the customer support was super helpful, and resolved the issue without any struggles. And it's one of few cart apps that provide the option to add the "agree to terms and conditions" checkbox, which was a vital function for us.
