I’ve been using Casa Loyalty Points & Rewards for the past few months, and my experience has been very positive. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team went above and beyond by helping import my customers and get everything set up quickly. Anytime I had questions or needed adjustments, the support was responsive and helpful. Vinay from Casa was especially great—providing clear guidance and walking me through how to make changes in the app, which made a big difference. Overall, it’s been a reliable and easy-to-use solution for managing loyalty points and rewards, and the level of support has really stood out.

So far this app seems to provide almost everything we could think of to offer in a loyalty/rewards program for our store. There are some rough edges to sort out and hopeful enhancements coming to the app in the future, but for now the setup plus the support has been solid and efficient.

Overall, a REALLY great app. I am a small shop and I can't afford a lot of additional apps so I appreciate the pricing structure of this app. Very easy widget set up! Lots of customization to create the look that I wanted. My customers are already enjoying this extra feature to earn rewards. Excellent customer service, very fast response times. Everyone who I talked to already knew what my (very minor) issue was so I didn't need to explain it to them again. Ateeb, Rahul, and Sam were all very quick to message me and get the issue resolved.

We use the referral program side of the app only and it’s the best one we found so far, simple but does everything we need and offers a good amount of customisation. The support was amazing, very reactive and competent.
