So far, so good! Admittedly we haven't fully utilized the multi-ship features yet, but the gifting and gift card experience has been a vast improvement. Easy to use, integration with Klaviyo is great, and the team is very responsive and helpful. There are some other platforms/apps out there for gifting and corporate/multi-ship that might be a little more polished, but when considering costs, this app provides a lot of value.

Gift note has been an amazing app to generate new leads and to drive down the number of customer service tickets on gift exchanges.

The GiftNote functionality in our Shopify store has enabled us to offer our seasonal sentimental gift product in ways that previously weren’t possible and it has given us a significant differentiator in our market. We’ve received several messages from customers telling us how easy the process is and how excited the recipient was to receive the email. We now have large organizations and professionals who regularly send their clients gifts ask about multi-gifting options, and we are looking to add the enhanced GiftNote feature. A must-have if gifting is any part of your business. We run a BBQ subscription box brand, and a significant chunk of our orders are gifts. For a long time, we had very little visibility into gift recipients and no real way to bring them into our ecosystem. Giftnote changed that. That handoff has been genuinely valuable for building a subscriber base beyond just the original purchaser. On the digital gift card side, Giftnote is a clear step up from what Shopify offers out of the box. The recipient experience is more polished, the messaging is customizable, and it just feels more intentional, like the gift was thought through rather than auto-generated. Setup was straightforward (plug and play for default product pages, and easy to customize....the pre-built Klaviyo templates were easy to customize with our branding) and the support team is responsive. Nick was extremely helpful at every stage of the rollout.

Giftnote has been amazing for us. We are using it for both digital gift cards and digital gift notes, enabling us to offer a nice gifting experience to our customers! The app developers were so helpful in getting us up and running, they did all the customizations to make it look and feel like our website. The platform is easy to use for both customers and our business, and the inclusion of corporate gifting enhances the overall experience, making it seamless and enjoyable.

We haven't yet used all of its capable of yet, but the gift message option was a huge unlock for our Q4 business.

We have just started working with Giftnote and so far all is pretty good. Our customers seem to enjoy the control of when messages are sent and it all connects with shopify delivery systems. The best part is being able to send the giftee follow up offers. Before this we were missing out on sales as our customer was not the recipient, Giftnote managed to fix this.
