Excellent Features and Unbeatable Support! CREMA is hands down the best review app on Shopify. Not only are its features and design world-class, but their support team is also exceptionally professional. We had a specific request regarding the Japanese translation in the submission form, and they handled it manually and perfectly from their end. A special thanks to Kimberly and the engineering team for their dedication. Highly recommended for any merchant seeking a flawless review solution!

Crema is the best review app out there. It supports video reviews and, incredibly, is available for free now. Additionally, Crema’s review sync feature is the only option for Shopify store owners managing bundled products.
The manager was very kind and I liked that he provided detailed information about applying the theme. The functions are also more intuitive and convenient than other review apps. This is a review app with the best features and services. I hope everyone uses it a lot.

It's easy to use in Korea, and the interface is much cleaner than other apps. It's a better app than paid apps.
