The app installs easily and is easy to navigate through. I had some changes I wanted made and used their AI assistant and it worked amazingly well. Truly one of the best type of those experiences I have had. What I wanted was fixed, but a day later a person reached out, said they reviewed my conversation with the bot, and continued to make some suggestions and improvements. Highly recommend!

This app has made it so I can track my inventory and more variants for my wood designs and tumblers. It is pretty easy to use. I had a bit of an issue when I changed themes but they fixed the next business day. Highly recommend.

This is the only app I've tried that works for my situation, and customer service has been fast and friendly. When I accidentally deleted the app customer service was very quick to restore all my settings so that I didn't have to re-do hours of work.

Pricing on option values are not reflecting price changes. You have to go in and do it manually.

This app is great for allowing an infinite number of combinations on products. The only complaint I have is how that data is translated on the back end in packing slips or receipts. It is not always easy for people to understand, and can be frustrating to make sure you get the right thing depending on how the options are laid out on the packing slip. Support is great and responsive, and the interface is easy to set up. If you do get suck and support is offline, the help documents and videos have been able to fill the gap when needed for me. I haven't come across something I couldn't do with a little support and the help documents.
