I added a Column for Reseller Certificate, it only allows images of upto 2mb to be uploaded, most people would just snap a picture of the document and try to upload it. It should be atleast 5mb given the quality of todays phone camera.

The app has been great for registering customers and learning more about my customers. The personal service with the app is also excellent. Great communication and quick response.
Its simple to use and gives all the options to add custom fields, the support team is quite helpful.
We use this app to register new wholesale customers, there was some bug with the theme we were using, but it worked fine on others we tested. The developer spent his weekend finding the issue and fixing it, the app works great and the developer is amazingly helpful.
Very good app for creating a Registration Form and the support from Adam was perfect! He responds very quickly and fixed every little issue I had, fantastic!
