They have the cutest clothes that work really well for my niches but they will not respond to me. I did get a response to my question twice - at first (that took forever to receive) but they did not explain things well enough. I then sent another inquiry telling them they were unlcear and asking for them to clarify. There was no answer. I then I sent another reply a couple of weeks ago. Again there was absolutely no response. I then Sent another message asking them to clarify again. They did not respond and it has been over two days. Their lack of responsiveness has me extremely concerned foy my customers and my business to work with these people. They may have very cute clothes but I need to actually make sure my customers actually receive them and that they are what they say they are. They are unclear and they do not respond. I am very weary of doing business with these guys.

I have spent HOURS trying to troubleshoot why all my dropship items show "sold out" on my site. Not worth the time (which is money) wasted. Cannot get a response from customer service.

I need assistance and the methods that I have found so far are not working. I have issues with the warehouse address and can't find the info that I need anywhere. I have contacted Dear Lover from the website but they continually ask for the sku of the product ordered. I need YOUR WAREHOUSE ADDRESS so that my orders can start fulfilling!

Update 3rd May25 Dear lover have stoped sending my orders since the 29th April and I don’t know why. The lack of communication is diabolical. No update on why orders are delayed- nothing and I’ve messaged them several times with no reply from them I’ve had an order with item missing, and they not responding to my communication Nov 24th: Communication is lacking, but they have showed a light improvement, so have amended this review. Even though I have my settings to not order out of stock items, customers have been able to order out of stock items on 2 occasions now.
