es fehlt an einer automatischen Beauftragung der Abholung durch DPD, das erstellen der Labels ab dem 51. Label ist wesentlich zu teuer.
Wurden geblockt aufgrund einer negativen Bewertung mit 2 Sternen. Jetzt gibt es nur noch einen Stern und der ist schon zu viel. Was Sie machen ist Geschäftsschädigend! Wir haben einen Vertrag mit DPD und können das Plugin nicht nutzen, weil wir Sie schlecht bewertet haben? Hätten sie uns dazu mal angeschrieben, hätten wir die Bewertung herausgenommen oder geändert. Aber, das sind Sie lieber mal beleidigt! Das ist kindisch! Das Missverständnis hätte sich auch anders aus der Welt schaffen lassen. Dann könne wir nicht weiterhin mit DPD arbeiten und kündigen zusätzlich unseren DPD Vertrag! Vielen Dank Dieter! Zum jetzigen Tag sind es 2 Wochen die wir das Plugin nicht nutzen können.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass auf Kundenwünsche tatsächlich eingegangen wird: Ein Feature-Vorschlag von uns wurde vor Kurzem erfolgreich umgesetzt. Auch der Support reagiert innerhalb weniger Tage und ist sehr hilfreich. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können die App uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Finger weg von dieser App und "Team". Als unser Dev eine Kritik abgegeben hatte nachdem ihm nach etlichen Kontaktversuchen nicht weitergeholfen wurde teilt man uns in einem Supportfall mit, dass man unsere Anfrage nicht priorisiert bearbeiten könne, da wir eine schlechte Bewertung geschrieben hätte. Darüber hinaus ist fachlich leider totale Überforderung angesagt.
