Charged 4 times after written cancellation confirmations — $1,199.96, still unresolved Subscribed Dec 2025. Cancelled through the app in early February 2026 — I hold screen recordings of two cancellation attempts, both showing "successfully cancelled." Charged $299.99 on Feb 10 regardless. Their support then confirmed in writing three times (Feb 24, Feb 25, Mar 27) that my account was cancelled and I would not be charged again. I was charged $299.99 on June 23 and $299.99 on July 23. Their own activity log, which they sent me, shows the subscription remained active the entire time their team was confirming it was cancelled. Evidence requested by them July 29, sent by me July 30. No response until Shopify support intervened in mid-August. As of this review: acknowledgments and explanations, no refund decision on the $1,199.96. All of the 70 AI Dropship products imported and allowed to push into my store were sold out. There’s a problem with the AI

I'm still a newbie in the world of dropshipping and currently in the learning stage, but Dropshipper AI has made the process so much easier for me. It’s been a great starting point and has helped me get a better understanding of how everything works. There’s still a lot for me to learn, but I’m glad to have found a tool that simplifies the journey. The app itself is very user-friendly, even for beginners like me, and their customer service is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or need support. So far, it’s been a positive experience!

The application is disappointing overall. The search criteria and filters are very weak, which makes it extremely time‑consuming to find what you need. On top of that, the app fails frequently, interrupting the experience and forcing repeated attempts. Suppliers take far too long to deliver, and the explanations provided within the app are vague and unclear, leaving users frustrated and confused.
