Easy DHL funktioniert bei uns seit Langem absolut zuverlässig. Labels lassen sich schnell und unkompliziert erstellen, die Oberfläche ist übersichtlich und Fehler gibt es praktisch nie. Wenn doch einmal etwas hakt, liegt es meist direkt am DHL-Account – und selbst dabei hat uns der Easy-DHL-Support schon mehrfach schnell und kompetent geholfen. Mega Support, faire Preisgestaltung, schnelle Lösungen und ein Team, das Kundenfeedback wirklich aufnimmt. Danke!
Wir nutzen EasyDHL schon seit einiger Zeit und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die App ist übersichtlich aufgebaut, schnell eingerichtet und funktioniert im täglichen Versand absolut zuverlässig. Besonders gut gefällt uns, dass sie nicht unnötig überladen ist: Man bekommt genau die Funktionen, die man für einen effizienten Versand braucht, ohne sich durch unzählige Menüs oder unnötigen Schnickschnack kämpfen zu müssen. Ein großes Lob geht außerdem an den Support. Fragen werden schnell, kompetent und vor allem lösungsorientiert beantwortet. Auch individuelle Anpassungswünsche wurden bei uns unkompliziert und sehr schnell umgesetzt. So wünscht man sich Kundenservice.

Ich nutze EasyReturns und eben auch EasyDHL. Die Apps sind smart gebaut, einfach einzurichten und dann laufen die Dinger absolut zuverlässig. Auch sind die Programme nicht überladen, wie man das von anderen Apps so kennt. Geboten wird, was man braucht, und kein Schnickschnack, der nur unnötig kostet. Überzeugt hat mich zudem der Support, der sogar am Wochenende (!) zeitnah zur Stelle war und mein Problemchen kompetent und zackig gelöst hat. Dafür von mir volle 5 Sterne!
