So easy to use, after dealing with the headache of another ticketing software I made the switch to this app and was able to get bookings for my tour up and running in record time! I had slight difficulty getting the calendar to look exactly how I wanted on my site (user error lol) and Mark reached out to me offering to jump in and help before I could even think about reaching out to him! He provided screen recordings of the changes he made and offered updated widgets to get things looking perfect! So glad I went with this app for my tour bookings!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I really felt I had to for this app. The customer service is beyond amazing! They really took the time to help me figure out an issue even though it was outside of their regular hours. They responded right away and were able to get me all the information and details I needed to pinpoint where the issue occurred. They prioritized the emergency we were having even though it ended up being something on our end. They were super kind, courteous and professional. Mark was amazing to work with and I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a smooth and responsive booking system.

This is the perfect app for offering in-house classes and events. I looked as several event apps but they were targeted to selling tickets or admission to large events. Online platform commissions would take a big chunk out of sales. Experiences App is easy to set up and use. Love the auto email sequence when someone registers for a class. Customer service is off the charts - creating a video to walk me through some specific questions and then jumping in to make some small tweaks for my Shopify template.

I like the app and its capabilities, although there is a learning curve and I have had no training. I got this thrown at me and had zero knowledge how to make it work for an event that was scheduled. I figured most of it out on my own but an online chat would have been helpful (and I don't mean a useless VA). However, the response/turnaround for my question was pretty quick. Very good support.

This was exactly what we needed! An event app that integrated seamlessly with our existing Shopify store. I'm hosting a live event and wanted to sell tickets, plus we're giving away t-shirts so I needed to get their size which I was easily able to do during their checkout process. It was really easy to set up, and their customer support team is amazing. They walked me through any questions I had. I love that it comes with automatic replies already to your customer, and you can also set up a QR code for their ticket. It's really so simple and so perfect, thank you so much!

We've started using this App in April 2024 and are very pleased with it. It's intuitive to use and anything you don't know you can look up or ask. I keep learning about more features! The support from Mark and his team is great. The time zone differences (we're in the UK) can add complexity to the offering of support, but they manage it very well.

I have been using experiences for my cooking classes and small group events for over a year now and am very happy with the results. The events are easy to load and work well within the Shopify platform. I am overwhelmed by the amazing customer service received when I have had issues in the past. All issues have been resolved with a higher than expected outcome. I would highly recommend experiences.
