The app offers a lot of flexibility for creating customizable products, especially if you want customers to freely add and move images, text, stickers, and other design elements. Doro has been very patient and helpful in answering my questions, explaining different setup options, and even discussing some custom feature requests with the technical team. I especially appreciate that they take the time to understand specific use cases instead of giving generic answers. Fancy Product Designer isn't the cheapest option out there, but for anyone selling customized products, it's absolutely worth the investment. The configurator works great and gives our customers exactly the flexibility they need. What really sets this plugin apart is the support team. They don't just answer your questions, they genuinely think along with you and go the extra mile to make things work. We had some small issues with our theme and they fixxed it all.
