I highly recommend this app for now! Continuously supporting to customize the app to my needs. Very fast response time and easily understands your proposed changes.
Great customer service, with follow up. They understood what had to be tweaked in order to match what I needed to accomplish. I tested several apps to build a gift box and this app, by far, was the simplest to implement. Plus, the cost is lower than the others.
We moved across from Boxi as we were experiencing lots of bugs & so glad we did. App working perfectly & support has been amazing, helping customise the app to match my website nicely.
This app works great for our use case and the team was able to take a call and make custom changes for our team, which we highly appreciated. The cost is reasonable and the functionality is very customer friendly. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs a build-your-own style product.
I've been using the free version for a while, just while I established my Build Your Box. I recently upgraded to the paid packages, ran into a little issue early on, but Rishabh was very attentive and quick to resolve my issue. I look forward to continuing to use QE BYOB and have already received orders from customers. :D
