The one thing that I want to say about Anna and the level of above and beyond level of assistance that she went out of her way to provide for me is that she deserves a pay raise. Never in my years of doing business, have I entered a chat seeking assistance for either set up, trouble shooting, or anything, have I had someone show such a eagerness to make sure that by the time our chat ended, this I not only completely understand how to navigate and optimize the string too my advantage, but she then showed me other apps that can do Even more to simplify things, and I appreciate her for doing that more than I can convey. She notably has the knowledge, but patience like i've never seen.and she has such a sweet demeanor, that even though frustration that I might have toward myself for not understanding, she has a way of making you feel at ease presenting it in a way that makes sense. it was such a pleasure, and i'm lucky to have her help me out. You need to add on about 5 more stars to her review box , because 5 just isn't enough..Thanks again--Rythum H.
