Only been using it for about a week and a half so far, but the BYOB has been great and the support team have been absolutely amazing at solving any small little issues that we have had! Would definitely recommend giving them a go!

does not actually support multi-lingual translation. i cannot even translate the customised heading of the widget. nor can the product names within the widget be translated
