I had an issue where the width of the icons were not ligned up with the rest of the website, leading to worse aesthetics. However, I was able to get help through the live chat, and we eventually fixed the issue with custom css. I am pleased with the customer support.
It's a very easy to use app with a lot of options. There are many icons to choose from, you can place the blocks anywhere you want, and the live chat is always there to help you out. I use it to add trust badges and even CTAs to my product pages. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to do the same.
My experience with Iconito is fantastic! I have been using Iconito for about 2 months and Leo, the live chat agent, was excellent in providing me with ideas, tutorials, and is extremely easy to work with. I would recommend this app because I believe it is essential in building trust with how much great stuff that is in the app!
This app has the best icons from a design perspective and it took me an hour to set it up across all my product pages. It feels super custom and I feel like it not only made my product and brand easier to understand but has given it a greater sense of trustworthiness. Arthur took his own time to help me integrate the icons in my theme better - super helpful and friendly team :) Super excited to have this app integrated in our site!
The app customizability is really good. It didn't have all the icons I was looking for but was very easy to upload from outside the app as well change colours and size. The only thing that was missing for me was the capacity to change the alignment, padding and location on the product page. However, Patrick from the support team did a great job sorting it out on the spot.
Nicely designed and very user friendly App. Interface works great. It's a true Add-On for our website. Special Note: After a Theme update I had some issues getting the App running again. I reached out the the team of ''Trust Badges & icons'' and was helped very quickly by David. Within less than 2 minutes it was all fixed. Thank you!
The app is not working anymore; it's just another scam app...
