These guys go above and beyond in supporting their customers. I had a very specific requirement on passing a particular field to facebook catalog, and they tried 6-7 times and finally made it happen. This is the best support I have experienced with ANY app developer so far.

The app works great. It gives you the features you need to create product sets using shopify filters like: tags, variant inventory level, product inventory level, practically you can create sets like you create collections in shopify. So, you will save a lot of time because the feed is uploaded hourly and your sets will be updated automatically. You will never have to update your product sets manually. Incredibly easy to use application for its purpose! This application is fantastic for being able to offer full control of what information gets synced to Facebook for a much greater level of manipulation of the catalog, which is not possible with the native Shopify-Facebook channel.

I use this app to help me create Facebook catalog feeds for Ads and Instagram shop tagging. We used three other feed apps prior, and each could not handle the number of products because they used RSS feeds. This product uses an XML style feed and handles large inventories in seconds. We also needed customization to the app, and the developer responded and implemented our request app-wide in less than 24-hours. I highly recommend this product.

Great app, solved a major pain point we were having without having to get our dev team involved to fix a structural website issue.
