I originally posted a 5-star review here, and I think if you are looking for something relatively simple, are using one of the free Shopify templates, and need an affordable app for live previews, this still gets 5 stars. But. After a year of use and a recent site refresh, I had to find something else. This app ended up costing me more time, energy and money than it should’ve - but you know what? That’s on me. I had to find a bunch of work arounds to get it to do what I want, and hired a developer - twice - to deal with issues. Customer service is responsive; but nothing is ever the app’s fault. The most recent issue was my last straw. After days going in circles with the developers and getting the same reply I took the leap to something new.

It's a solid app with high quality customer service. You'll need to spend some time setting it up and aligning the images to overlay perfectly. But the app really works nicely. This app is exactly what I needed for my custom products. After combing thru the app store, I'm glad I decided on this one. I love that my customers see a live preview of their custom bonnets before purchasing. This app has been easy to manage on the back end whenever I update available colors and products. When I have reached out, Customer Service has been responsive and very helpful. I am pleased.

Before, I found this app I was using another customization options app that worked fine, but did not include the live preview feature. I always knew that this was a feature that I would want at some point, but I wasn't ready to invest the $ necessary to hire a web developer create this feature for my website. When I searched the Shopify app store, I was pleasantly surprised to see that apps existed that offered this feature. Post-purchase: I have been very happy with my subscription, and when I needed assistance customer support was very responsive and helpful.

So far, doesn't work, I spent all afternoon uploading the swatches, but when I click on the product option swatches, the main picture doesn't change. I'll change my review if I get some resolution from their support, but so far, no answer. I also freaking hate it when a company's www.webyze.com site contact us page doesn't have anything but an email. No address, no phone, no about us, no names/pictures of people. Who in the heck am I dealing with?? Feels Shady as....

We love this App, and the customer service is great!!! The Live Preview Options offer our customers the opportunity to see personalization and logos superimposed onto the custom item, which provides a better user experience and has helped to increase our conversion rate.
