Do NOT waste your time or money! I designed and ordered 2 products; a tumbler and a licence plate frame. The drink hole for the tumbler wasn't lined up properly to be 90 degrees to where you would hold it, more like 45 degrees. Customer support argued with me, yes argued, to say that the holes are randomly placed and beyond their control. I didn't list the product. I listed and promoted the licence plate frame but after selling just one, it went out of stock. The same customer service told me to change my store settings to allow selling out of stock items as it is always in stock. Based on past reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. If the item is in stock, then list it as in stock; it's really not that hard. I demand a higher standard for my customers. Knowingly selling non-centred items or items that are out of stock while customers wait for an undetermined length of time is not acceptable. These are sub-par business standards and I will not tolerate them. Jet print lost significant business from us and I encourage my fellow business owners to reconsider doing business with them as well.
Just a heads up for anyone planning to use PayPal to pay for orders. Despite the note above saying “it works with PayPal”, that is no longer accurate. PayPal was removed as a payment option over 4 months ago and has not been reinstated. We have followed this up every month since it was removed and have consistently been told that there has been no update from the finance department. After 4 months, that response is difficult to accept. Either it is being worked on(to reinstate), or it is not. It should not take this long to confirm something so straightforward. PayPal had been available for years, so its removal without notice, combined with the lack of a clear answer on if or when it will return, leads to one obvious conclusion (which has been denied by JetPrint). Lastly, beware of their “express” shipping. It is not the full express model used by most. For US orders, a local Chinese carrier will ship it from China to Canada (slowly). Where it will be handed over to Fedex. This often takes longer than Yun Express which goes direct to the US and costs 3-4 times less than Fedex.
OMG!! I was so excited to find this app only to be sorely disappointed. Printify is so easy compare to this. But this app has all the boots I have been looking for but it's so hard to maneuver. Too bad. I'm out.
Tumblers it would be nice if the design could face the front of the tumblers
I was looking for a perfect necklace and came across the same design symbol I used for the logo Sisters™. I asked to create my own variation so that it will represent the brand and not customized product for customers. They created my personal link for the brand Sisters™ only. I thought that was very professional and super cool they were able to make that happened. Thanks
I've been using Jetprint now for several years. I find them very responsive to feedback and would like to give a shout out to both Mvrica and Lisa for their consistently helpful customer service. Whenever I've asked for a modification to the app or product or suggested a new product they have done their best to help. I suggested a new product recently and now it's a product that I can customise and sell. Fantastic. Thanks so much
I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS FEATURE SINCE APRIL 2024. FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. THE APP WAS JUST UPGRADED AND ITS DISAPPOINTING THAT THIS WASN'T ADDRESSED.
FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. ALSO IF MORE SELECTIONS CAN BE ADDED FOR KIDS SUCH AS AIR FORCE 1 AND JORDAN SHOES THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!
