The customer support has been incredible as well. I had a question, jumped on their live chat, and within two minutes Dominykas responded. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and gave me clear, straightforward instructions that solved exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Beyond the functionality, the app looks great on our website. That is the second app we use from Kaching and the support we got from Paulius has been great and he was really quick to solve a couple of configuration challenges we faced. The app is very intuitive and extermelly flexible in the configuration and very important for us it supports brilliantly the multilanguage shop we have. The support was very helpful and explained clearly the difference between Post Purchase and Thank You Page offers, supported payment methods, and how markets and currencies can affect the setup. First of all this App functionality is amazing. Flawless. No problems. Secondly, if there is anything, customer service of Kaching is top notch espically "Dovydas" and his colleague "Domantas". They even worked with me to solve some problems that were supplier related (when product is pushed to the store). Not Kaching problem at all. Still Kaching staff worked me for sometime to solve the issue. Awesome support!
