Gokwik has not been able to do simple installation on our store, Their incompetence to implement simple checkout button is reflected by passing the blame on external app either pagepilot or flybundle. They have lack of sense of urgency, migrating from sr checkout to gokwik is the biggest mistake of mine.

The service itself has potential, but the support experience has been disappointing. I’ve been stuck on an issue for over two weeks without a proper resolution. Hoping they improve their response time and customer support quality.

The onboarding team is slow to respond, and when they finally do, their answers are unclear, incomplete, and far from helpful. Instead of guiding us smoothly through setup, they left us confused and waiting for days at a time. For a service that claims to improve customer experience, their own internal communication is shockingly poor. The lack of urgency, clarity, and support made the entire onboarding process frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Overall, the onboarding experience alone is enough for me to not recommend this product.
