The support team has been great, and the app does exactly what it promises. I’m giving it five stars because it genuinely saves me hours every week and keeps my listings organised. I’d love to see more transparency on the app description page about the upgrade options. A simple tier system would help customers understand exactly what each level includes — for example: Free Tier: Basic sync features, limited listings Standard Tier: Full sync, auto‑updates, error reporting Pro Tier: Advanced automation, bulk editing, premium support Enterprise Tier: Unlimited listings, custom workflows, priority support Clear pricing, feature breakdowns, and upgrade benefits would make it easier for new users to choose the right plan and understand what they’re paying for. The app is excellent — adding this transparency would make it even better.

Recently switched to this app from another ebay sync app and wish I had done this sooner! The app is very straightforward and easy to use and they provide fantastic support. I asked for a tweak to the way automated exports work for our store and they custom coded it just for us, free of charge. Highly recommend!

Useless, not transparent. sync works. export doesnt as its say no limit. on the app page its say no limit. but when you try to export the app says upgrade to higher plan which is not mentioned on the the app page. more clarity is needed. 2 start only because we manage to link some of product to the ebay.

I can't see any orders in the app to check that everything is syncing properly. It also says I have 0 products linked, yet I have 5 products linked. I don't feel the app is very transparent. I can't see orders from Ebay, I can't look at the products that are linked. It is way too basic UPDATE: The developers got in touch and added the feature I was looking for and I can now see the orders from Ebay and make sure they synced properly. Thanks for quickly correcting the problem and I hope to continue to see the app become more streamlined and user friendly.

Updating from a previous review. We initially struggled to get support to help us deal with some issues. However we did eventually get some assistance and I would like to recognise the work Timo has put in to getting things working smoothly for us. The app is now working as we had hoped. Thank you

After inkfrog shut down, I had to find another app. This one syncs orders almost immediately. The customer service is top notch. I'm still getting used to it, but overall I recommend it. Syncing with already existing ebay listings was made fairly easy.

Very good app with great support from Timo! We switched from Inkfrog to this app after Wix decided to shut down Inkfrog and we could not be happier. 5 stars and even faster sync between Shopify and eBay than for example Inkfrog. Only thing I miss is user controlled description templates but the support team will help you to add one default and they have user-controlled description template on their to-do list. :) Recommended!
