This is an excellent app with an impressive level of customisation. You can tailor almost everything—from fonts and layouts to the fields and options you want to display. There are also plenty of templates to choose from, making it easy to get the look you want. What really stands out is the customer support. The team has been incredibly prompt in responding to my questions and has consistently gone above and beyond, offering more help than I even needed. Highly recommended!

This app is already better than the one I was using. I specifically needed to embed hyperlinks/buttons in Shopify's native order notification emails and this app fits that bill. Relatively easy to use and I couldn't be happier. This will help me give my customers what they expect and I couldn't be happier thus far. Only a few days in, but the outlook is GOOD!

Really good. An extra option would be great where we can send the unpaid order an fixed invoice and to the paid order just a receipt and a different mail without the ask to pay the due amount.

This is the only order printer app I could find that was actually customizable how I wanted it to be, and the best part is it's free. The other apps wanted to charge $40 a month to edit the code, and I still couldn't get it to be customized how I wanted it. It was just a pain to work with the other apps. Highly recommend this app!
