They responded immediately and, most importantly, they were incredibly patient with me. They took the time to explain everything step by step, again and again when I needed it, without ever making me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed for asking questions. Their kindness and patience really meant a lot to me. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and want them to succeed, rather than simply giving a quick answer and moving on. Not only does it let you fully customize the invoice to match your brand, everyone I spoke to in the support team was a delight to work with!
