After reviewing a few different marketplace integrations we decided to go with Garnet for our website and I am very pleased that we did! It is easy to use, has sufficient documentation and the team works closely with us to solve any technical issues or any customisation requirements to meet our business needs. Despite operating in different time zones (Europe/Australia) we're able to work effectively together and there is never a delay on any customer service or technical solutions.

I've tried them all and this is the only marketplace app that actually works for us. We use it for adding digital download sales for different creators to our site and it works splendidly. Most marketplace apps are very low quality and super buggy but Garnet is very polished and works flawlessly.

We tried several multi-vendor apps (Webkul etc) before finding Garnet. Most of the multivendor apps are so difficult for sellers to set up their accounts and list their items. Garnet marketplace is very easy to use as a business owner I wanted the seller UX to be straightforward and easy - and this is what Garnet provides. Francois and Paul are both amazing and helped me set up my market place within 24 hours and have been so supportive. Their response rate to any queries is so fast and always available to jump on a call! They have been really understanding as a small business owner the challenges we are facing. Paul hat mir sehr geholfen zu verstehen, wie die App funktioniert, und bei Fragen per E-Mail kam auch immer prompt eine Antwort mit einer Lösung oder einem Lösungsvorschlag. Ich habe Garnet selbst nur kurze Zeit genutzt, da es für mein Vorhaben leider zu kostenintensiv ist (gebrauchte Zaubertricks von anderen Personen anbieten zu lassen).
