Excellent support and a very solid app. We were helped incredibly fast to position the chat icon exactly right on both mobile and desktop. The support team responded immediately, understood the issue straight away, and fixed it perfectly. Communication was clear, professional, and solution focused. So far the app is working perfectly. It was easy to set up and customize. It is really helpful that they are not limited with the Whatsapp icon. They offer you the possibility to choose another social media app

Would It be great if I can relocate Button few mm up or down to match current grid of the website. Otherwise installation was straight forward.

This app works great, but it does add some loading time to any pages it's attached to. Which is good to keep in mind when adding multiple apps to any single page.
