quello che ci serviva per gestire le fatture tra shopify e fatture in cloud, l'aspetto però migliore è l'assistenza, ci hanno aiutato a configurare l'integrazione nel migliore dei modi.

Ha risolto perfettamente il collegamento tra Shopify e Fatture in Cloud, ottimizzando tutto il lavoro contabile, anche per corrispettivi e gestione OSS (ordini UE extra ITA). Il supporto è super disponibile: grazie a Gianluca e Mario per la professionalità e la rapidità. Un’ottima soluzione, davvero utile!

Ottima app e utilissima , unica cosa non riesce a caricarmi l'iva della spedizione su fatture in cloud, quindi risulta diverso il prezzo finale da shopify, come si può risolvere questa cosa ?

Developer repliedBuongiorno, per agganciare il codice iva, il nostro servizio ha bisogno di "agganciare" il prodotto all'interno di Fatture in Cloud. Per far si che questa ricerca abbia successo, il campo "Codice" di Fatture in Cloud ed il campo "SKU" della variante di Shopify devono necessariamente essere uguali. Può verificare che ci sia corrispondenza? Grazie. Show more

Cominciamo con dare 5 stelle e vi spiego perché! Davvero non capisco perché il marketing Shopify spinge attraverso il suo blog altre app che a malapena funzionano. Infatti non é stato facile trovare getSync che per meritocrazia dovrebbe stare in prima posizione di ricerca per chi necessita di sincronizzare i dati fiscali dei clienti. In 2 click avete installato il tool e fa tutto da solo a differenza di altre app super gettonate per cui devi richiedere assistenza e ti fanno perdere tempo, anzi ti fanno perdere giorni mettendoti in attesa nella speranza di risolvere problemi nativi. Se installo un app mi aspetto che FUNZIONI, punto! Quest'app é esattamente quello che fa, in modo semplice e senza complicazioni. Oltre a questo bisogna dare 10 stelle al SUPPORTO clienti che risponde in chat in pochissimo tempo - aggiungo - anche di sabato. E semmai doveste avere alcun tipo di "problema" di compatibilità (e parliamo di compatibilità non di problemi funzionali dell'app) , li contattati e ti risolvono il problema in pochissimo tempo. Riassumendo: non ci pensate due volte ad installarla!
