Garbage company, there are constantly bugs and breaks in their software. Not little stuff either, sometimes the basic syncing functionality just stops working for a day or more. Getting them to fix anything is a struggle, they drag their feet and you have to constantly hound them. Terrible communicators, they frequently go days without updating you on a serious problem. They have difficulty understanding complex problems and I frequently have to re-explain things multiple times. I don't know how they have so many 5-star reviews, they must be paid reviews.

Just finished evaluating this app after using it for a month, and it works like a charm. The integration with NetSuite is smooth and reliable. Most importantly, the support team is excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout the setup. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a robust NetSuite integration.

Its a good app and does a great job. My roles last 15+years have covered a number of complex Netsuite implementations... this app works, good people to work with, they care to help you out and make sure the solution works.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Robust NetSuite Integrator. From the very beginning, they failed to understand our business needs and struggled to provide solutions that aligned with our requirements. The most frustrating part was their lack of responsiveness, even when we flagged business-critical issues that required urgent attention. Despite multiple follow-ups, our concerns were ignored, leading to serious consequences—including an HMRC audit due to incorrect data caused by their system failures. Their poor support and lack of accountability made this one of the worst experiences we've had. I strongly do not recommend their services to any business that values accuracy, efficiency, and reliable support.

*** UPDATE AS OF MAY 9, 2025 *** TRASH TRASH TRASH. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience the last 6 weeks. Bug after bug found. Promise after promise completely foiled. With every fix implemented comes another handful of problematic scenarios and it is exhausting to watch over the connector each day hoping and praying not another issue arises. Today was my breaking point. After weeks of going back and forth with intermittently skipped orders, duplicate orders, and now orders just sitting in their order log for no reason with no mechanism to trigger them to come into NS, I'm done. Absolutely done. Shame on the development team to make this mess for their clients. It is obvious they make direct and impactful changes in their production code base which, if you understand how software engineering works, is terrifying for any competent customer to use. *************************************** Shivam is very helpful, and we have transitioned from Celigo due to internal issues there and we are happy we made the move. If you feel Celigo is too expensive and/or hard to deal with, give these guys a shot. I don't think you will be upset about your choice! :)

Our team recently started using the Robust NetSuite Integrator, and the WeeBee team has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process. The app is user-friendly, and the customer support team is always available to assist with any questions. So far, it has been a pleasure to work with. We will update our review once we've had more time to test the app thoroughly.

I can't say enough about the customer service I have received from the Robust NetSuite Integrator team. The app functions seamlessly, however due to the number of customizations that our NetSuite account has, I had numerous requests for custom functions and they were all completed promptly. These requests were not questioned by this team, they were simply accommodated. This includes customizing their own app code, multiple zoom conferences walking through step by step, etc. Would recommend this app 100%! A+

We've been using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app for a few months now and I'm really pleased with it. There's a lot of configuration to ensure that it behaves exactly how you'd like it to. We've managed to work this into our normal NetSuite workflow for inventory, pricing, fulfilment and invoicing. Our ops team treat a Shopify order exactly as they would any other order and having the inventory and pricing synced from NetSuite means there's a single source of truth. We had a few teething issues at first but a huge thanks to the support team. They are absolutely great. The chat is very responsive, during office hours we typically get a response within a few minutes. Outside of those hours we always get a response via email the next day. Requests via chat are followed up via email ensuring resolution of tickets. We migrated from a bespoke ecom store and for context we were up and running from a fresh Shopify store to processing orders in production within 2 weeks. I was a little concerned about the price at first (we're currently on the Max plan), however the ease of use and support more than justifies the cost. We're actually planning on upgrading the the Enterprise plan shortly. Thanks again to the team!
