Fantastic app with live inventory for diamonds, rings and gemstones. Setup was quick and straightforward and the app integrates smoothly without being hard coded into the website. The support team are excellent, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It’s clearly built for jewellers and is far superior to other apps I’ve tried. Highly recommend Nivoda Connect to anyone in the jewellery industry.
I have been working with Nivoda for around 5 months now and I couldn't be happier with the service they offer. What really steals the show is the customer service - with a special thank you to Kaycie & Brad, they have been incredibly responsive with my questions and made the whole process of setting up very easy - so thank you Kaycie & Brad!!
