Great App

We have used Ownbase on one of our other stores and the functionality and support has been outstanding. They implemented a couple of custom features for us and it works really reliably.

Support from OwnBase has been oustanding. We have recently started work on our TikTok store and they have been amazingly quick to respond to our support queries. We have had a couple of feature requests to improve the visibility of orders in Shopify and they have been really receptive to implementing those. TikTok isnt easy but Ownbase makes it that much easier. Update - couple of months in and support continues to be really high level. Feature requests are being actioned and app is being improved at a decent cadence.

I have been looking everywhere for a seamless app to connect TikTok and Shopify. I went with other apps and they were extremely faulty and the customer service had me ready to rip my hair out. I wish I would have known about this app earlier. Highly recommend and will make letting other entrepreneurs know about this app. Also, they are extremely fast with response times and super helpful. Thank you!!

Due to own base not sending order fulfillment details back through to tiktokshop, the order was canceled two weeks after shipping the item and the customer was refunded. we are now out $60 plus the cost of shipping. TERRIBLE. would not recommend!

The shipment tracking was not updated to TikTok Shop, because your order fulfillment on Shopify is using Sendle, and unfortunately Sendle is not a recognized shipping company by TikTok Shop. But regardless, we have fully compensated your monetary loss ($60 order value + $10.95 shipping fee) in a prompt manner. We would really appreciate your understanding and kindness if you can re-consider the App review. Please let us know as well if there is any further action that you need from us. On a side note, we have also made an improvement to notify users if the shipping company is not recognized by TikTok Shop when fulfilling the order on Shopify. Show more

Awesome support team. They even customized as per requirements. This app is super cheap considering the benefits it provides. Default tiktok integration app is crap compared to this.
