We use Oxilayer for our Shopify store in Germany and are very happy with both the app and the support. We had some specific requirements for our B2B invoices, including custom item attributes, payment terms and ZUGFeRD XML. Edwin took the time to understand our workflow, checked our actual Shopify setup and even implemented adjustments in the app to support what we needed. The communication was friendly, fast and very personal throughout the entire process. After the update, we tested everything again and the custom item information is now correctly included in both the invoice and the ZUGFeRD XML. It is great to work with a developer who not only answers support questions, but really tries to understand how the customer uses the app. Thank you, Edwin, for the excellent support and your work on these improvements. Highly recommended!

Auf Verbesserungsvorschläge wurde nicht nur schnell reagiert, sondern sie wurden verstanden, sinnvoll diskutiert und teilweise sogar innerhalb weniger Tage umgesetzt. We have been very impressed by this app and how quickly we could adopt it into our workflow. The free templates are super flexible from the start and the drag/drop editing tools are understandable. Going from no Draft order printing to really nice templates in a couple days for free is instant ROI. We can also use one app now for easily printing Invoices and Packing slips. Our previous flow used the Shopify Free printer and that was working ok after custom coding a template but this went another level. Usually with free apps, the support can be super delayed and unhelpful. That is not the case here. Edwin has been responsive and willing to work with our business. If you are waiting, give it a try for free and you will not be disappointed.

What's not to love - Really easy to set up and use - Customer service is supper responsive - a ton of features - the ability to customize templates and at half the price of the previous app we were using. Very happy we made the switch.
