Update: I wanted to update my previous review because the support from the BoostPop team was outstanding. After I reported the issue, they investigated it immediately and identified the root cause within just a few hours. It turned out to be a compatibility issue caused by a shared CSS styling library used by both BoostPop and Klaviyo Sign-up Forms. They fixed the bug the same day and kept me updated throughout the process. I have now re-enabled BoostPop, and everything is working perfectly again. Both my Klaviyo embedded form and popup display correctly. Thank you so much for the incredibly fast support and for taking this issue seriously. It's great to see developers who respond so quickly and resolve problems immediately. I’m happily using the app again and can definitely recommend it.

Excellent app and really flexible for doing quite niche popups - one of our favourites :)

First time using this app and have found it simple enough to use. An online help manual would be helpful for troubleshooting before reaching for online support. Online support however was very prompt and patient with helping me resolve my issue. Very happy. :)

I would recommend it to someone who doesn't mind the convoluted way to navigate through it. Once you stumble around a few dozen times you get the hang of it. Their support team is very responsive and helpful.

been using this for a while now, and honestly, it’s exactly what I was looking for. the free plan is generous, no hidden fees or limited features. the pop-up design is clean, and sending a coupon after newsletter sign-up has already brought in extra sales. support has been quick whenever i needed help, too. highly recommend it!
