I’m so glad I found Podifai. The support has been outstanding — I even spoke directly with the owner/founder, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely invested in my success. Podifai helped me get on target when I was close to giving up. The product itself is super easy to use. My advice: start with one of the pre‑built templates that closely matches what you’re trying to do. Once I did that, everything fell into place. I saved my template, and now it’s just rinse‑and‑repeat for every new product. Before Podifai, I tried two other customization apps and wasted a lot of time, money, and effort only to discover they couldn’t meet my requirements. It was frustrating and discouraging. Podifai met my needs immediately, and with their support, I truly believe I can make my project happen instead of abandoning it. This is exactly what I have been looking for and the price is right! The basic features are exactly what I need. I love the live preview! I use a similar live preview with my amazon store, so I love having a similar feature for my website. I have tried several other live previewers and they either cost way more than shopify each month, or were far more complicated and still couldn't give me the same features.

Podifai has been great for our store. The performance and UI are excellent. We are able to set up our product options without ever opening a guide - it's that easy. We tried other options apps before this, and they either had a steep learning curve or slowed down the product page. Podifai does neither. Highly recommend this app.

Probably one of the only apps where I genuinely feel that a lot of love and research has gone into it, created by someone who is passionate about providing a solution that is essentially plug-and-play and just works. I don't currently have a need for the live customisation features, but it's nice knowing they're there if I ever want to use them in the future. The fact that it's free is a bonus, but I would genuinely have no issue paying for this app, knowing that it supports an Australian business and a developer who is passionate about continually improving their product.

This app is AMAZING! So simple to use and the personalisation options are so much better than what's currently on the market. I found it very easy to use, and the fact that I can allow my customers to individually customise their order depending on which product they buy is so advanced. Not to mention the tech support! I had an issue with it displaying on my website because of my theme, and I got help instantly to the point where I didn't have to do anything. I just had to give access, and it was done in a matter of hours, like in 1 hour! Yeah, its a game changer!
