The quality of PODpartner is absolutely No. 1 !!! It's actually insane !!! The production speed is the fastest in the game, so even if it ships from China you are same speed as normal Print On Demand Productions in Europe but have supreme quality. The price is also very good. So all in all I can say this is the best POD Service you'll find out there for sure. The selection of high quality shirts is impressive! I don't know what DTG printer they are using but it is certainly not Kornit Atlas Max because Kornit actually sucks because the print is like rubber and not very resistant and will peal off after some washes. The DTG Print from PODPartner is the best I have ever seen it is exactly what I always dreamed of and you can not peel the print away no matter how hard you try and it is so high resolution that you can upload a shitty design and it will look good. The print perfectly melts with the garment and is not a rubber layer on the shirt but a perfect blend it feels very good and natural and not like a rubber layer (Kornit Atlas Max feels like that). Great work PODpartner please keep improving and being the best you can.

I have been using them for a little over 2 years. I launched my brand with them. Here are the key takeaways: - Quality: unparalleled. You won't find any better anywhere else. - Shipping: Takes very long, that is the downfall of POD from China though. You can opt for faster shipping but it is very expensive. - Customer service: Depends on your issue. For lost/returned packages they can be helpful (they won't respond after hours/weekends and holidays). for quality issues I've had some problems. There were shorts with a hole in them and they didn't issue a refund and told me to ask the customer to sew them. Customer service has been getting better through the years but compared to other POD providers they have long ways to go. - Integration: No issues. - Product lineup: Most items are oversized. Regular fit items are very few and lower quality but the oversized items have outstanding quality. Would love to see more diversity like jackets, hats, beanies, regular fit sweatshirt etc.. Overall, I gave them 4 stars and not 5 because of the customer service issues (slow to respond, not always available, rarely fix quality issues with a refund) but if you are starting your brand and want great quality, this is for you.
